Ida Frost (she/her)


Ida Frost is a versatile dancer, physical performer, and choreographer. She works within the fields of contemporary dance, new circus, and physical theatre. Her movement interests range from urban house grooves to contemporary softness, extending into installation art and acrobatics. There are no rules, no boxes—just expression, curiosity, humor, and a deep trust in a diverse movement journey across all aspects of life.

She is the artistic director of FROSTPerformance and works within the arts both as a choreographer and performer.

Ida has, among others, worked with theatres, directors, and choreographers such as: The Nordic Beasts (DK/F), Hangar People (DK/I), Kristján Ingimarsson Company(DK), VOMP (DK), The Royal Theatre (DK), Blaagaard Theatre (DK), Malmø Live (SE), Århus Theatre (DK), Fredericia Theatre(DK), Opera Hedeland (DK), Wayne McGregor Company (UK), Mourad Merzouki – Company Käfig (F), Himherandit Production (DK), Cie Willie Dorner (A), sART Danseteater(DK), DeLeónCompany (DK), Chopar (DK)

Next to her Performance career Ida works as a certified Manuvision Bodytherapist having clients twice a week.
